Our mission is to develop impactful participant experiences through carefully crafted programs tailored to each client’s objectives. We manage all planning aspects of meetings, events, and delegation visits from designing agendas, to handling all logistics (venue, catering, lodging, local transportation, etc.) and executing programs on-site; all with a keen focus on political and cultural sensitivity and with a sophisticated business acumen. Our goal is to exceed client and participant expectations through personalized and detailed planning and implementation.



DC Global Planning was born after over a decade of experience bringing people together to advance an agenda.  The culmination of months of planning uniting people to advance a common agenda, exchange ideas, and connect provides a unique sense of accomplishment. Meet the Founder and CEO

Raised in a bilingual home, I learned the value of cross-cultural understanding early on. Building on my childhood experience, I studied French and later partook in study abroad programs in college further exposing me to different world views. Living abroad affirmed my interest in public service and passion to work across borders. Soon after returning to the US, I obtained my Masters in International Affairs from American University. 

My first job was at the World Bank on the Haiti Country Team and was immediately thrown into event planning by organizing a needs assessment uniting over 100 international representatives in Port-au-Prince followed by coordinating a ministerial-level donors conference in Washington, DC. Little did I know then, that my role in that position would shape the rest of my career. 

For over a decade, I worked in the field of international affairs engaging with people from all over the world. The common theme has always been bringing people together through meetings and events. I soon noticed that I felt the most accomplished after executing an event and therefore created: DC Global Planning, a DC-based boutique consultancy with a global reach, aimed at strategically designing meetings and events in the US and abroad that are delicately crafted for participants of all backgrounds to yield progress for all stakeholders. From corporate board meetings to international conferences and exchange programs, my passion is to provide the perfect environment for all guests to set up your event for success and advance your mission.
